Introduction
Employee Relations (ER) focuses on managing the employer-employee relationship through communication, policy, and conflict resolution for stability, while Employee Engagement (EE) is the proactive, emotional connection employees feel, driving motivation, productivity, and loyalty through feeling valued, connected, and empowered.
