Introduction

Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) are intertwined concepts guiding businesses to act morally and contribute positively to society, with ethics setting the core moral principles (fairness, honesty) for all decisions and CSR translating these ethics into specific actions (like fair wages, environmental care, community support) that benefit stakeholders beyond just profit, fostering trust, loyalty, and long-term sustainability.
