Introduction

Impactful leadership is about making long-lasting positive and meaningful contributions to  organizations and communities, and in the lives of people and the world. Being an impactful leader doesn’t have to do with the clothes you wear, the car you drive, or the way you look–not even with the way you speak.  Leadership is the art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal. In a business setting, this can mean directing employees and colleagues with a strategy to meet the company’s needs.

In today’s business arena, challenges can arise at any time, and to be an effective leader you need to be able to respond to those challenges with intelligence, strategy, and expertise.
