Introduction
A course on Leadership Skills and Attributes would cover various topics including understanding the difference between leadership and management, developing key leadership qualities like communication and emotional intelligence, and learning how to effectively manage teams and navigate change. It would also delve into practical skills such as decision-making, conflict resolution, and delegation.
By covering these topics, a leadership skills and attributes course can equip individuals with the knowledge and practical skills to become effective leaders in various settings.
