Introduction      

Optimizing time, workflow, and productivity involves using strategies and tools to streamline tasks and reduce distractions. Workflow optimization or process optimization is the process of streamlining workflows using automation and integration to connect disparate systems. The end result is a streamlined system for carrying out tasks that remove unnecessary human elements, reducing risk, cost, and bottlenecks. Overall workflows can be optimized. As specific tasks are completed quicker, focus can be shifted to other areas. Knowing each other’s schedule and being on the same page with your team can maximize productivity. Communications, both internally and externally can be improved.
Productivity workflows are a visual representation of how an organization reaches its goals. In order for them to work well, the people involved in workflows have to be clear about their responsibilities. Time management is the coordination of tasks and activities to maximize the effectiveness of an individual’s efforts. Essentially, the purpose of time management is to enable people to get more and better work done in less time.
