 Introduction
This programme introduces participants to the structure, operations, ethics, and expectations of the public service. It builds foundational knowledge, work ethics, communication skills, and professionalism required for effective public service delivery.
Public service entry-level roles are diverse, ranging from administrative support (Clerical Officer, Admin Assistant) to graduate-specific schemes (Administrative Officer, Fast Streamer), often requiring specific qualifications like degrees, NCEs, or diplomas, and sometimes National Youth Service (NYSC) completion, with pathways like Graduate Entry (GL 08/09) or School Certificate Entry (GL 04/05) common, focusing on essential skills for various government functions like policy, service delivery, or IT
