Introduction

Selection, interviewing, and recruitment skills include understanding the recruitment process, writing job descriptions, and developing interview questions. These skills also include being able to identify and assess candidates, and making selection decisions. An interview is an opportunity to meet the candidates and get a better understanding of their capabilities. It also allows you to determine whether they’re a good fit for your company culture. Interviewing skills are the emotional and tactical techniques that make job seekers more effective when interviewing for a new position.
